Off Season
We take on and coach clients with different experience levels. If you are serious about this commitment and you would like to do well, you will be a great fit for the team!
Some ladies rush the process and fall short of their goal not because of work ethic but because they have been pushed into competing too early. If you want to do well, you need to have an off-season to ensure you build the size needed for your category! With that said, it’s possible you might be ready, but you may also need an offseason not sure? Contact us.

Compare your size and development with some of the ladies who compete in the IFBB for a comparison. If you need more time to grow, ensure you have an off-season to get the job done.
Contest Prep
Your metabolism and body fat will determine how far out of the contest you need to start dieting if you’re really out of shape. The earlier, the better!
I thoroughly enjoy attending all bodybuilding competitions and will fly interstate provided my scheduling allows. Please ask for more information and let me know when your contest date is.
Absolutely I coach all federations!
It’s important to feel comfortable and confident in your direction, and although you may look good in a category like Figure, it doesn’t mean you should train for it if it’s not your ideal look. Think about your long-term goal, and the physique that you aspire to look like and go all-in on a federation that best represents your ideal look. If it’s IFBB, lock it in! If it’s WBFF, go all in.
Immediately. Don’t wait until you are 12 weeks or 20 weeks out. It would be great to start working with a posing coach in your off-season.
Select the best posing coach just as you would select the best contest prep coach. All posing coaches need to be approved, we will provide you with the best suggestions.
No, you do not have to take Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs) to compete in bikini competitions.
As an individual, the decision to compete in untested federations that allow PEDs is a personal one. It’s important to thoroughly research and weigh the potential risks, ethical considerations, and personal values before making such a decision.
